EGR Tubes (Exhaust Gas Re-circulation)
SteelFlex India serves Automation Industry through its high quality EGR tubes with and without heat shield covers and exhaust connectors provided in various assemblies. These assemblies are designed for maximum performance of the engine while full-filling latest emission standards. These EGR tubes with hydraulically formed corrugations of engineering specified numbers and lengths are integrated with plain tubes for higher efficiency. The bellow formations, allow the EGR tubes to bend in desired angular configuration. These corrugations are excellent means for absorption of vibrations and compensation for thermal expansion. EGR tubes are tested to withstand the vibrational stress of high temperatures, these EGR tubing can be provided with accessories such as coupling clamps, to couple the EGR tubes with the mating castings. As a bespoke manufacturer these tubes are designed and developed as per the customer requirements and SteelFlex India EGR tubes are custom designed on individual requirements for after treatment of exhaust gases.
